Frozen Eggs. February 16, 2021. We had forgotten to get the eggs out of the chicken coop during the unprecedented cold that just hit the Ozarks of Arkansas, and the next morning we gathered all these cracked egg-sicles while the thermometer read -11 Fahrenheit. We thawed the eggs out and cooked them up for the dogs later that evening. Our flock consists of a handful of chicken breeds, which accounts for all the different colors of eggs here.
