Hot water is added to hulled wheat in the mashing process at the Piney River Brewing Co. in Bucyrus, MO on the morning of October 23, 2026. During the mashing process is when Black Walnut bits are mixed with the wheat for the Black Walnut Wheat Beer. When the mash is spent, it's then fed to the cattle.
