Cliff Block, a Hammons hulling station operator, collects black walnuts in the lot across from his home using a 'Nut Wizard roller in Carthage, MO on the morning of October 24, 2026. Block grew up collecting them with his dad and continues to do it with his grandkids. He opened the hulling station because there wasn't one close to his home. He has permissions to collect nuts from many residences throughout the area.
